NICU Doula Academy® — Application for Enrollment

Thank you for your interest in becoming a Certified NICU Doula (C-ND®) through NICU Doula Academy! This 10-week certification program is designed for doulas, nurses, newborn care specialists, and professionals who are passionate about providing trauma-informed, evidence-based, and collaborative care to NICU families.

This application may take approximately 10–15 minutes to complete. Please read each question carefully and answer honestly — there are no wrong answers, and every application is reviewed personally.

A few things to know before you begin:

✓ We know cost can be a real barrier, so for this cohort we've lowered tuition for everyone and added more ways to pay, including 3-, 6-, and 12-month payment plans plus Klarna and Afterpay options at checkout. We are no longer offering a formal scholarship program, so you won't find scholarship questions in this application.

We understand that enrolling in the NICU Doula Academy is a meaningful financial investment, and we want you to feel confident and prepared before making that commitment.

While scholarships are not being offered at this time, we've made several flexible payment options available to help make enrollment more accessible, including extended payment plans of up to 12 months and additional financing options through Klarna and Afterpay at checkout.
